In response to the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, we are taking the following precautions for our listings to prioritize your health and safety.
At this time, we are longer offering Open Houses.
Instead we are offering 1:1 Non Overlapping, Hands Free Showings accompanied by a Broker. We are not allowing overlapping showings with other Brokers and Buyers, you can be assured you will have the home to yourself.
We kindly request that you wash/sanitize your hands upon entry or before arrival and/or keep your hands in your pockets at all times while in or around the property. Please do not touch anything.
The seller is concerned about the potential of contamination being left on surfaces. If you need something touched or opened, please ask us for assistance.
Bathrooms are not available for use.
Please do not enter if you have a cold or a cough. We can arrange a private showing at a later date.
