You've cleaned, staged, and prepared your property, and you’ve done everything you can to attract potential buyers. But what happens if your home doesn't sell as quickly as you hoped? Don't worry—this situation is more common than you might think, and there are several steps you can take to turn things around.

    Reassess Your Pricing Strategy
