March 2025 Housing Market: Year-Over-Year Highlights
The market was busy this March, with more action from both buyers and sellers:
New listings jumped 30%, with 6,512 homes added to the market. Closed sales stayed the same compared to March 2024.
With more homes available, buyers had more choices and more time to make decisions.
Homes spent a median of 19 days on the market—7 days longer than last year.Sources from REColorado share that the median sale price remained steady at $595,000, unchanged from March 2024. However, this could be somewhat deceptive as the median sales price only measures the Gross Closed Price, not the Net Closed Price, which is the Closed Price less any Seller Concessions.
